Refund Policy
Refund requests will be accepted only after the following conditions have been met:
Full Refund Period: If the customer cancels the tour package 30 days before the departure date, they will receive a full 100 % refund of the paid amount.
Partial Refund: For cancellations made 15 days before departure, the customer may be eligible for a 50 % partial refund.
No Refund: If the customer cancels the tour package below 15 days before the departure date no refund will be issued. All cancellations must be made through in written. The customer must receive an acknowledgment of receipt by email. There will be no refund for No Show reservations.
Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed within 7 to 8 weeks of the cancellation being confirmed. This timeline may vary depending on third-party providers.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method (credit card, bank transfer, etc.)
Refunds will be issued in the original currency of payment. Any additional bank charges or currency exchange fees incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.
